Experience Details

From here, you fish the Juruena, Teles Pires, Tapajós, and tributaries like the Bararati and Aximari, plus access 100+ pristine lakes and lagoons in bird-rich rainforest.

These waters hold 20+ game species, including arowana, payara, wolf fish, piranha, bicuda, and multiple peacock bass, along with giant catfish such as redtail. Expect explosive shallow-water strikes and fast runs from peacock bass, surrounded by macaws, parrots, crocodiles, and the occasional jaguar.

Founded by passionate Brazilian anglers, the lodge delivers modern comfort with an eco-minded approach—air-conditioned dining, bar, lounge and rooms, and a purpose-built tackle room for easy rigging and storage.

We find the Eco Fishing Lodge where the Teles Pires and Juruena meet to form Brazil’s Tapajós River. It’s a remote floating lodge built with premium hardwoods, offering 16 spacious, air-conditioned rooms with private baths and riverfront verandas.

Boats and guides

Our team of guides will accompany you throughout the entire journey. On board, we always bring community-based local guides—deeply knowledgeable about the waters and the forest—along with a professional fishing guide, fluent in English and specialized in local fishing techniques.

Our boats are designed to ensure comfort and safety during every day on the water. We use sturdy aluminum boats with casting platforms, navigation chairs, and electric motors for quiet approaches. We also use traditional wooden boats when we need to reach the most remote and untouched locations.
