1. Services Provided

Zyba Outdoors LLC organizes and coordinates international fishing and nature travel experiences in South America.

We act as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers, including but not limited to:

  • Lodges

  • Local outfitters

  • Airlines

  • Transportation providers

  • Guides

All services are subject to availability and local regulations.

2. Reservations & Payments

A reservation is confirmed only after:

  • Signed agreement (if applicable)

  • Required deposit payment

Final payment deadlines will be specified in your invoice or proposal.

Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of the reservation.

All payments are processed through U.S. financial institutions unless otherwise specified.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by destination and are outlined in each travel proposal and invoice.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Cancellations may result in partial or full loss of payment

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, including trip cancellation and interruption coverage.

4. Travel Requirements

Clients are responsible for:

  • Valid passports

  • Required visas

  • Vaccinations

  • Travel insurance

  • Compliance with local laws and regulations

Zyba Outdoors LLC is not responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal, or travel disruptions caused by incomplete documentation.

5. Assumption of Risk

Fishing and remote travel involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Wildlife encounters

  • Travel delays

  • Medical emergencies

  • Limited access to medical facilities

By booking a trip, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

6. Limitation of Liability

Zyba Outdoors LLC acts solely as an intermediary for third-party service providers.

We are not liable for:

  • Acts or omissions of third parties

  • Airline delays or cancellations

  • Lost baggage

  • Force majeure events (weather, natural disasters, strikes, government actions)

  • Injuries, losses, or damages occurring during travel

Our liability is limited to the amount paid directly to Zyba Outdoors LLC.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Political unrest

  • Government restrictions

  • Pandemics

  • Transportation interruptions

In such cases, refunds are subject to recovery from third-party providers.

8. SMS Communications

By submitting your phone number through our website, booking forms, or event registration forms, you consent to receive SMS messages related to:

  • Reservation confirmations

  • Travel logistics

  • Trip updates

  • Customer support
